Become a Member - Volunteer - Donate

Member - By becoming a member, you are joining the largest grassroots mental health organization in the country.  Your membership is for our local, state and national organization and helps us with our mission.  
Volunteer - board member, committee member, speakers' bureau, leader of a workshop/class/support group, writer, etc.  We have a place for you to be involved!  
Donate - we are a 501 (c)(3) organization.  Any donations made will stay in our local area to provide mental health education, support and advocacy.
